Why Linear Motion Shale Shaker Motors Fix 45° ?

Shale shaker is the primary and initial device to be used to remove the solids in the drilling fluid, which would be used as the first stage solids control equipment in the purification system, and work as other devices, such as desander, desilter, mud cleaner, centrifuge that are all located downstream of the solids control system. Basicly the complete circulation system also includes gumbo remover, scapler shaker and dryer shaker. All of these equipment work together without auxiliary devices, such as mud gun, mud agitator, centrifugal pump, mud hopper, gas remover, degasser etc, to remove the drilling solids that bring to the well surface by the drilling fluid.

Different motors' angle has different separation function. The two motors of ahle shaker has an eccentric block. The 45 degree has just make the two motors working on the same pathway. Then the shaker vibrating in a linear pathway.

Mud gun is designed and manufactured for different drilling mud solids control system, has three types of low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure. Mainly match to centrifugal pump and mud pump, and also can match to shear pump. It is a special equipment to clean the wall tube and prevent from mud sediment in the mud tank. It is a ideal equipment to prevent mud sediment, with good performance, large cleaning area, cleaning more thoroughly, simpler structure, flexible operation, easy to use.

Mud gun is the professional tool to prevent the mud precipitation in drilling mud circulation system. The impetus of mud gun can come from either mud pump or jet mud mixer. With simple structure, flexible operation, easy using, it is the ideal equipment to prevent the mud precipitation in solids control system.

Sand Pump in Solid Control System

Sand pumps are also used to suck up the drilling mud up the desander, desilter or mud cleaner. So the precipitation tank for the previous equipment becomes the sucking tank for the posterior one. But to better protect sand pump, it is necessary to use only one sand pump for one single purpose, and no more additional pipeline and valves should be connected to the pump. While for the last stage of solids control system, a vertical slurry pump would be used to suck up the drilling mud up to the centrifuge.

When the drilling mud flows into the mud tank, the big solids & slime mud would precipitate at the bottom of the first compartment which is without mud agitator. The bottom of the first mud tank would be ellipse or tapered shape to obtain better precipitate function. and clean mud would flow over into the second compartment which normally equipe a mud agitator at the top, preventing drilling mud from precipitating, and then a sand pump which may be equiped at side bottom of the tank, would pump the drilling mud up to vacuum degasser as the second stage of solids control system.
