 JBQ11 model of mud agitator is 11KW motor power mud agitator. The function of mud agitator is to escape the sediment. 

When drilling fluid feeding into the mud tank, the mud agitators begin working to make sure the drilling fluid all in fluid station. 

In common manufacture, a complete mud agitator include Ex-proof motor, Reduction gear, Shaft and Impellers. The Shaft is 89mm diameter and impeller is propeller type. Following a photo.

Mud tanks in oil drilling fluid solids control system

 Each driling rig's mud system has 6 mud tanks. They are used in storage, mixer and store clear water. 

In mud tank requirement, it's corrugated type, 8mm thickness, and bottom is 10mm steel plate with a date base.

Inner of tank contains pipes with valves, up the tank will have 2-3 sets of mud agitators. And side of mud tank will have sand clearing gates.

Centrifugal pump as feeding pump for shale shaker and mud cleaner

Centrifugal pump in solids control system is also called sand pump. The function of centrifugal pump is feeding drilling fluid to shale shakers and mud cleaner, and transport fluid between tanks.

One set of centrifugal pump includes Ex-proof motor, coupling, pump head and data bottom base. The pump head inner has an impeller.

Sand pump's sea, is mechanical seal.
