Considering the fluids flow pattern, mud tank valves can be customized into T pattern and cross type, the difference is the suction port design.

How to install the shield tunnel exit seal?

 In the tunnel projects, the diameter will reach 6-7 meters, and some one even 14 meters. So most of us will confused. How to install this big rubber seal? 

First, before construction, we have pre-buried steel ring. At the edge of each exit seal has small holes. Each five degree has one. Total one piece has 72 holes. 

Second, set up the landing stage of scaffold. The landing stage material is diameter 48mm steel pipes. At the same time, the workers can clean the pre-buried steel ring's bolt holes. Then each holes install one bolt. 

Thirldly, put the exit seal on the bolts. The seal's holes on the bolts.

Fouth, install the round ring, this is to protect the seal.

Finally, install the fold type pressing plate. The pressing plate is made of 2mm thickness steel plate. Each ring has 17 sets of pressing plates.

Anthracite Filter Media for Water Treatment

 Do you know anthracite coal? It is the most pulverized coal.  The anthracite coal has higher fixed carbon, less volatiles. And it is the hardest coal. In the world, there only 10% anthracite coal. 

In water treatment, usually tow or three layers' filter media purification, the most using is anthracite filter media. The coal's itself has high pressure, hard and clear. 

In industrial water supply, The use of anthracite filter media is determined according to the form of the filter tank. The double layers' filter is generally 300-400mm thickness, and the filtration rate is 10-14m/h.  The three layers' filter material is 450mm, and normal rate is 18-20 m/h. 

The common using size is 0.6-1.2mm., 0.8-1.8mm, 1-2mm, 1.2-2.4mm, 2-3mm, 3-4mm.
