Drilling mud is called blood of HDD. now with the higher development of city, more and more pipes construction need do and no not change the original road, buildings etc. So more and more HDD were used in the city.
In the directional drilling process, there are much drilling fluid. With the higher environmental required and save cost. The drilling fluid can be recycled and reused.
1). The drilling process required the sand contain must less than 4%, if not, the sand will stop the bits. So the Linear motion shale shaker is used to remove the sand.
2). The drilling fluid has a function to fix the drilling wall. So there need the right density. So the used drilling fluid can be made the right density fluid.
3). The drilling cuttings are waste cuttings for drilling process, so it must be removed. The mud recycling system contain one set linear motion shale shaker, hydrocyclones, bottom tank and sand pump. It can save more space, easy remove to next projects.
