Mud tanks in oil drilling fluid solids control system

 Each driling rig's mud system has 6 mud tanks. They are used in storage, mixer and store clear water. 

In mud tank requirement, it's corrugated type, 8mm thickness, and bottom is 10mm steel plate with a date base.

Inner of tank contains pipes with valves, up the tank will have 2-3 sets of mud agitators. And side of mud tank will have sand clearing gates.

Solids Control System's Composition Equipment (II)

Now we continue yesterday's solids control system's composition equipment. To make sure the drilling fluid's good performance, different drilling rigs has different solids control equipment. According to SY/T6223-2005 "Use and Maintenance of Drilling Fluid Cleaning Device", the 4000-7000 meters' drilling rig solids control equipment is as below:

In the design requirement of solids control equipment, the mud tank's effective volume is the 75% of mud tank's outside size.
