Mud gas separator is called poor boy degasser. It is a degasser with high body.
When the drilling mud discharged from mud pump, it is into the mud gas separator to remove the gas.
Inner mud gas separator contain crash plate, when the drilling mud crash on the plate, the bubble with gas was broken, then the gas released.

Mud gas separator is also called poor boy degasser. It is very cheap and perfect using. Inner has plates, when the drilling fluid into it, the fluid bubble with H2S will crash the palte, then force can release the h2s.
In manufacturing process, the boday plate is 10mm thickness, can be used 5-10 years in the drilling site.
