Solids control system is used to store, configure, circulate and purify drilling fluid . 

Generally, its composition is Drilling fluid tank, Shale shaker, Degasser, Desander, Desilter, Centrifuge etc necessary five grade cleaning equipment. And also including overhead line (from drilling well to shale shaker), drilling pump's pumping line, mixing pimp's line, mud tank bottom connection line, feeding line, discharging line,  drilling line, shearing pump's suction and discharge line etc. 

The solids control system also equipped with drilling fluid replenishment system, chemical adding hopper, pumps, agitators, lights etc accessory equipment. In addition, the system also has passage, ladders, guard rail to make sure workers' safe.  The solids control system can remove the solids bigger than 5-15 micron meters effectively, and then keep useful solids, to provide good performance drilling fluid for the whole drilling progress.

Centrifugal pump is a subclass of turbomachinery technology. The main work of this type of pump is to bring up fluids through the transformation of the rotational energy into another energy called hydrodynamic energy. Typically, the rotational energy source is either the turbine, electric motor or engine.

The term centrifugal force pertains description of the movement of energy that is from the impeller's mechanical rotational phase to the fluid's pressure and motion. However, the term centrifugal force is not always required to be used in describing the working mechanism of a particular centrifugal pump. Much like the other pumps, solid control centrifugal pumps are indeed useful despite some criticisms and controversies.

The horizontal type centrifugal pumps or vertical centrifugal pumps are likewise known in many industries. The main feature of this quality pump is the utilization of a special type of shaft and bearing configuration which permit the hanging up of volute just in the sump. Also, this pump model uses throttle bushing, instead of stuffing box in sealing the shaft. In most "parts washer," cantilever pumps are often used.

Also, the forth pumps are widely used in oil and mineral industries. The issue concerning the use of this type of pump has something to do with the air content of froth, which blocks conventional pumping force. This problem was vigorously addressed by the oil industry through different approaches. The first approach involved the use of vertical pump with a built-in mud tank; the second approach involved the creation of a pump that has a built-in impeller capable of tearing air bubbles into pieces.

Looking at the paper and pulp industry, holes are mainly done on the pump's impeller. The mechanism is simple: While the air goes out at the rear side of the impeller, an expeller discharges it back to the pump's suction tank. The vanes--either secondary vanes or split vanes--may be incorporated in the impeller.

Regarding the mechanism of a multi-stage centrifugal pump, usually the impellers are mounted either on different shafts or on a single shaft. It is called multi-stage simply because the device has more than one impellers. In addition, for the device to produce higher rate of flow output, the impellers may be adjoined in a parallel manner; and to generate higher level of pressure at the device' outlet, the impellers may be adjoined in series.
